Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining information within our digital databases and systems. You will play an essential role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of company data while working from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and information systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
  • Review and correct data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors.
  • Organize, categorize, and maintain digital files and records.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve data-related issues.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for data management. 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus).
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Comfortable using online databases and data management software.
  • Excellent keyboarding and computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
