Mechanical Insulator Apprentices Local 23 (check our website for application dates)
Commercial and Industrial renovation and new construction sites across 18 counties east, west and south central Pa. All aspects of mechanical insulating, firestopping and acoustical attenuation to include a few, Duct wrap, plumbing, heating and cooling insulating and jacketing, pumps, tanks and vessels, boilers and equipment with nearly 100 different types and applications and products.
Handling Insulation materials including unloading deliveries, transporting. Setting up, shutting down jobsites to include shop, break, lunch and work area for installations. The work will also include the regular cleaning up of our insulation debris to keep a clean/ safe worksite. Work will be performed on but not limited to ladders, scaffolding, scizzor or aerial lifts to significant heights. Work will include inside confined spaces, outdoors, hot and cold situations including occational dust or other nusiances to require respirators and other required and supplied safety equipment. All of our sites will be OSHA compliant with any one of our collectively bargained signed contractors.

Requirements
Currently you must be 18 years of age, Pa Drivers license, High School Diploma or equivelant.
